Description of Services
Backsplashdf is a real estate crowdlending platform that connects investors with real estate projects in Panama. We facilitate collective investment in selected real estate developments.
Eligibility
To use our services you must: be over 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into contracts, complete the KYC verification process, provide truthful and up-to-date information.
Investments
Real estate crowdlending investments carry risks, including the possible loss of invested capital. Past returns do not guarantee future results. Each investor is responsible for evaluating the risks before investing.
User Obligations
You agree to: provide accurate and up-to-date information, not use the platform for illegal activities, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, notify any unauthorized use of your account.
Limitation of Liability
Backsplashdf does not guarantee specific returns or continuous availability of the platform. We will not be liable for losses resulting from investment decisions, service interruptions, or actions of third parties.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these terms, provide false information, or if required by law. You may close your account at any time subject to pending obligations.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Panama City.
